Overview¶

This domain encompasses the firm's ability to source, manage, and govern its extended workforce of subcontractors, associate consultants, specialist vendors, and technology partners. Professional services firms do not operate physical supply chains — their "supply" is people and specialist capabilities sourced from an ecosystem of trusted partners and independents.
